Punit Shah an avid entrepreneur who’s passionate about building new technologies within the internet & mobile space. As Partner + CMO, Punit currently manages eCommerce marketing and technology initiatives at My Trio Rings where four generations of diamond and jewelry expertise are combined with the power of eCommerce to provide affordable diamond jewelry to hardworking couples that cant afford unnecessary retail markups.
Punit has been involved in the startup space since 2006 when he started Boston BookWorks, a drop-ship textbook business. In 2008 he co-founded and launched Co-op Ratings, a social internship ratings community. In 2009 he co-founded getZazu, a mobile application that helps users manage their personal productivity data.
Punit is a 2010 graduate of Northeastern University’s College of Business. While at Northeastern, he served as the President of the Entrepreneurs Club where he led the pivotal 2009 restructure of the entrepreneurship community, driving the creation of the Husky Innovation Challenge and the Entrepreneurs Immersion Program. Punit was also venture coach with IDEA Venture Accelerator, and an active leader on campus as a Leadership Consultant through Lead 360, and Treasurer for UTSAV, the South Asian Student Association.
